Iterations
Migration to Constellio is done through iterations. Constellio first migrates all the structures during a first iteration. You are then asked to validate each imported structure to ensure that it is compliant. For example, do your deadlines show up in the retention schedule? Are the sub-units attached to the correct parent units? Are the hierarchical levels of the classification plan well represented, etc.
When you notice anomalies to be corrected, it is important to list them in an Excel file to be sent to the project manager or in the form below: Register of anomalies (clickup.com)
Also, here are the elements to check and validate:
-The administrative units;
-The classification plan;
-The retention schedules;
-The folder metadata;
-The document metadata;
-The values domains;
-The containers;
-The archival status of the files;
-Location (physical warehouse);
To learn what is not included in the migration, see the "Migration - Summary" article.
