Which modules?
Constellio offers a multitude of modules to improve your document management and comply with the regulatory requirements defined by the various laws. In addition, and given the new practices that increasingly require the use of the Microsoft 365 suite, Constellio has developed features that allow document management within these different applications and software.

Document management | Allows the global management of folders, documents and containers via tools for creation, modification and other actions allowing efficient and methodical document management. |
Archive Management | Enables the management of the lifecycle of records from their creation to their sorting or destruction, according to retention rules in line with current regulations. |
IO Artificial Intelligence | Makes it easy to detect duplicates, semi-duplicates, and the latest versions of documents. In addition to a suggestion for intelligent document classification. |
IO Legal Hold | Helps protect and freeze documents or records in the event of litigation. |
IO workflow | Enables automation through the creation of work process templates based on BPMN 2.0 standards, as well as their management through various actions. |
IO Annotation and Redaction | Allows you to make annotations and redact documents directly from Constellio. |
IO Electronic Signature | Allows you to sign a document and have it certified. In addition to the various actions on the signed document (sending for external signature, internal etc.) |
IO Digitization | Allows you to scan documents directly on Constellio, and perform several actions there. |
IO Advanced Search | Allows search optimization in Constellio through several features such as search capsules, words excluded from the connector, elevation and exclusion of search results. |

Microsoft 365 integration | Allows you to link Microsoft 365 content to Constellio, apply a lifecycle to it, and perform other actions such as searching, downgrading Microsoft 365 content, and so on. |
Automated content management | Allows automation of Microsoft 365 integration, create team templates, site etc. and create workflows for automating the various work processes. |
Teams channel content management | Integration of Constellio's tools using a Teams app within a channel. Thus, documentation management is contextualized to the channel. |
Federated Content Management | Integration of Constellio's tools using a personal Teams app. The Teams app provides a system overview for browsing, searching, and linking content. |
