Several types of reports are available from the Disposal tab and can be generated automatically. To have access to these reports, the “Reports” plugin must be installed in the environment. These reports provide an overview of document management tools, physical filing spaces and users. The reports produced are as follows:

1. Generate a report
To generate the desired report:
Go to the Disposal tab
Click on Reports
Select the desired report
A PDF or Excel document will be downloaded in “.pdf” or “.xlsx” format.
