Disposal Reports


Several types of reports are available from the Disposal tab and can be generated automatically. To have access to these reports, the “Reports” plugin must be installed in the environment. These reports provide an overview of document management tools, physical filing spaces and users. The reports produced are as follows: 

  • Classification plan 
  • Detailed classification plan
  • Classification plan by holder
  • List of retention rules
  • List of retention rules by administrative unit
  • Administrative units
  • Administrative units and users
  • Excel report of administrative units
  • Excel report of administrative units
  • Users
  • Available space report
  • Report of all spaces
  • Top Users Report



1. Generate a report

To generate the desired report: 

  1. Go to the Disposal tab
  2. Click on Reports
  3. Select the desired report
  4. A PDF or Excel document will be downloaded in “.pdf” or “.xlsx” format.

DescriptionDisplays a list of locations that are not filled to capacity.
The Available Spaces report lists the locations that are not full and their capacity as a tree. To appear in this report, a location must have a value strictly greater than 0 of defined in the "capacity" metadata.
