1. Manage shares
This control option allows you to manage all the shares of folders and documents made in Constellio, in addition to managing all the links of the published documents. Share management allows you to view all current shares and public links as well as remove shares and unpublish documents individually and in batches.
This feature requires permissions that are automatically associated with the administrator role and the person in charge of document management.
*Only users with the role of administrator or document manager can access this feature. This is an editable permission via: Administration-> Manage roles -> Manage shares.
2. Management page tab
The share management page is defined in three tabs.
Shared Folders: This tab allows you to see all the folders that are currently shared.
Shared Documents : This tab allows you to see all the documents that are currently shared.
Published Documents: This tab allows you to see all the documents that are currently published.
2.1 Remove shares and unpublish in batch
Steps to remove shares or unpublish in batch:
- Consult one of the three tabs: Shared Folders, Shared Documents or Published Documents;
- In the tab, select the desired items;
- Press " Actions on selection ";
- Tap " Unshare elements " or " Unpublish documents ";
- Confirm the action. It is possible to remove a share or unpublish individually by clicking on the actions menu of the recording.
