O365 Security

Security applied to 365 items takes two different courses before and after they are checked in.

1. Security of related elements

When a record is linked to Constellio through a linked folder or through Office 365 trees, security is managed by Azure tokens. A check is then made directly by Microsoft's servers to ensure that access is respected, and this is before each access.

2. Security of Archived Items

When a record is archived, the Office 365 security that was present during processing is automatically applied to the folder. Users who are not synchronized in Constellio are then created locally in order to retain the information. It remains possible to restore Constellio's security at any time by restoring the legacy in the file.
