• Lookup link: The lookup link will link the item to multiple places for viewing and working, but will be archived elsewhere.
• Archive link : The archive link will allow the data to be repatriated during the downgrading. The archive will be located in the Constellio system.
• Unified folder : The unified folder is the result of linking Office 365 content to Constellio. They allow the creation of logical links between Constellio content and Office 365 content and contain references to objects, providing users with a centralized and supervised place to manage all of their documents and folders.
• Import/Repatriation : Allows the import of libraries, folders, and documents into Constellio as a tree of subfolders and Constellio documents. Note that after a repatriation, the links between the Constellio folder and the Office 365 objects remain present to allow the content to be updated during a subsequent repatriation.
