Form management

Before the new version of form management, the generator was developed completely in Constellio's server code depending on the customer's request. With Constellio's new form management system in version 10.0.8, the creation of form templates is now possible to be created by the user with Jaspersoft studio software.

1. Enable the slip management role

You must enable the role in:

1. Go to " Administration".
2. Then " Manage Roles ".
3. In the " System Management" section, check the boxes next to " Manage slips ". 

2. Creation of forms in the management of forms

1. To create a new slip, go to " Administration ".
2. Then in " Manage printables " -> " Slip management ".
3. Click on the " Add a form" action.
4. In the add slip window, the user must assign a name to it, add the Jasper file, the sub-form files (if any), and choose the type of downgrade. The voucher created can be used for the type of decommissioning.
   Type of decommissioning

   If you want to use the same jasper form for all three downgrade types, you must create the form three times with the different downgrade type configurations for each.
5. The added slips will be present in the list of template forms when you want to print a slip of your container.
