    • The title and greeting are more responsive in width.
    • Added the weight of the document in the search results page (below the download button).
    • Added relevance sorting and default sorting.
    • The back button in the consultation page of a document now takes the action of closing the information panel if these two criteria are valid: "We are in mobile mode (screen width <800px)" and "The information panel is open".
    DriveAdditional actions have been added to open in Constellio, view my tasks, and delete.
    Clients using Constellio Drive are strongly encouraged to update their Constellio to the 11.1.9 version for optimal use of the  Drive

    FoldersAllows you to change the administrative unit of a file when you need to recalculate a new time limit that is different from the time previously entered.
    LDAPHide the characters in the "Application key" field in the LDAP configuration change form for Azure AD.
    FacetsDisplay error in facets that causes an unnecessary square to appear.
    Manage notificationsFixed notifications that would appear in the notification management window in recordings after being deleted.
    ContainingAn error message pops up when there is an illegal character in the title of files when printing a container slip.
    Record managementFixed a bug that prevented decommissioning lists from being displayed.
    CollectionThe read-only collection will now persist after the application is restarted.
    Manage sharesAccess to the "Manage Shares" page required "Manage Security" permission on the entire collection. It will now be necessary to have "Manage shares" or "Manage public links" on at least one record or administrative unit.
    DocumentImproved the error message displayed when a user forgets to attach a file to upload. The message is now more meaningful and displayed in French.
    Security ClassificationSort security classifications alphabetically when searching folders and documents.
    CollectionBlocks collection creation if the system needs to be reindexed or rebuilt.
    FacetsFixed a bug that unchecked the context of using the facet after a system reindexation
    Public Portal
    • Bug in the display of the information panel when switching between desktop and mobile mode.
    • Bug in the display of the information panel on mobile that no longer took up the entire width of the viewer.
    • Search bug in a public portal if the Enterprise Search plugin is enabled.
    Departments
    Fixed a bug that prevented a department from appearing in the home tree when its parent was removed.
    DriveCorrects encoding problems that block the display of some folders and documents in Constellio Drive.
